Each sachet contains approximately 30 g of herbs.

Inside each sachet

• Chamomile — softening and soothing, known to calm the nervous system and ease tension held in the body
• Boldo — a powerful botanical traditionally used for its detoxifying and warming properties, known to support circulation and ease tension

How to use

• Add 2 tablespoons of the herbs to hot water.
• Steep in hot water for 5–10 min.
• Allow to cool.
• Pour over body from neck down after showering.
• Breathe. Slow down. Stay as long as you need.
